Customer Service Assistant

Feb 2005 - Lloyds Bank

I started out as a Personal Banker, helping customers in branch with their banking needs such as Current and Savings accounts, Credit Cards, Loans and then referring them to specialists for Investments, Life and Critical Illness cover and Mortgages. In 2013 the Personal Banker role was removed from branch so I decided to become a Customer Service Assistant. It is since this time that I decided to dedicate some time to learning Web Develop skills with a view to changing career in the future.

Senior Account Executive

Oct 2001 - Dec 2004 Deacon Insurance

I started out as an Account Executive for 6 months and progressed to a Technical Advisor for 6 months prior to starting my current role as a Senior Account Executive in our team dedicated to providing insurance knowledge and services to Insurance Brokers and Financial Consultants. Whilst at Deacon I also assisted with the migration from Windows 98 to XP Professional including the rebuild of over 75 workstations.
